30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn or unused
• With original tags
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a new item, return your current item for a refund and make a new purchase.

European Union Customers

If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must meet the same conditions as above.
